Special instructions

The drug does not affect the performance of activities that require special attention and quick reactions (driving vehicles, machinery, etc.). The drug contains lactose – should be administered with caution to persons with lactase deficiency.

Bifidobacterium bifidum

Composition

One capsule of the drug contains at least 5×107 live bifidobacteria. excipients – lactose or lactulose – 17.5%. Composition of the capsule shell: body – titanium dioxide 2%, gelatin (shape-forming) up to 100%; cover gelatin (shape-forming) – up to 100%. indigo carmine – 0.13.33%.

Pregnancy

Bifidobacteria are representatives of the normal human microflora, therefore preparations made on their basis can be used during pregnancy and lactation.

Interaction

Clinically significant interactions of the drug with other drugs have not been established. Bifidumbacterin can be used simultaneously with antibacterial, antiviral and immunomodulatory therapy. Corrective therapy with bifidumbacterin can be prescribed after a course of treatment with specific bacteriophages designed to eliminate opportunistic bacteria.
