Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug, susceptibility to thrombosis and thromboembolic diseases, hypercoagulation (thrombosis, thromboembolism), coagulopathies due to diffuse intravascular blood clotting, cerebrovascular disorders, pregnancy, breast-feeding period.

With caution:

Arterial hypotension, upper urinary tract bleeding (because of the risk of intrarenal obstruction due to glomerular capillary thrombosis or clot formation in the lumen of the pelvis and ureters; use in this case is possible only if the expected benefit exceeds the potential risk), subarachnoid hemorrhage, hepatic insufficiency, renal impairment, childhood age less than 1 year, valve heart disease (due to lack of clinical data on safety and effectiveness).
