ALFAVIT Shkolnik contains 11 vitamins and 7 minerals. The doses correspond to the norms of nutrient consumption by children over 7 years old in the Russian Federation.

The complex reliably provides children with the necessary nutrients for their development. Taking into account Russian natural and social conditions, the composition includes iron, selenium and iodine. The properties of the components

The vitamins and minerals of the complex are divided into 3 tablets, taken at intervals of 4-6 hours. Each of these tablets contains only compatible substances. Antagonist substances (such as calcium and iron, zinc and iron, etc.) are contained in different tablets. How to take, the dosage

Take one tablet of each color per day, with meals (4-6 hours between doses).

If the recommended dosing schedule has been broken, you can resume from any tablet or take the missed tablets with the next one.

The daily allowance of 3 different pills can also be taken at the same time.
