The composition of the complex is designed so that each tablet of ALFAVIT Energy includes compatible components, has a specific (“target”) action and takes into account that the body’s need for energy varies with the time of day:

• The tablet “Energy Morning” (morning) provides an easy transition from sleep to wakefulness, has a restorative effect. Includes vitamin B1 and folic acid – necessary participants in energy metabolism. Extracts of magnolia-vine and Siberian ginseng root (eleutherococcus) have tonic properties, improve blood circulation to the brain, stimulate mental performance. It contains a complex of antioxidants – vitamins C, E, A, minerals zinc and selenium. They strengthen the immune system, helping to resist the harmful effects of the environment. Rutin along with vitamin C protects the body from oxidative stress and strengthens capillaries. Amber acid complements the action of vitamins and minerals.
• Pill “Restorative” (Evening) The components of the tablet normalize metabolism, are necessary for the nervous and cardiovascular systems, are involved in the processes of hematopoiesis and energy production, increase the tolerance of mental and physical exertion, contribute to recovery after intensive work.

How to take, the dosage

The daily dose is 3 tablets of different colors. The simultaneous reception of all tablets is equal in effect to the reception of the usual vitamin-mineral complex. If you take the tablets at regular intervals: number 1 in the morning, number 2 in the afternoon and number 3 in the evening, you will make the vitamin prophylaxis more effective.

We have to remember that the morning and daytime tablets contain ingredients with tonic properties, so you don’t want to take them in the evening.
