Pharmacodynamics:

The diuretic (cholekinetic and choleretic) reduces the processes of putrefaction and fermentation in the intestine. Enhances secretory function of liver cells reflexively increases secretory and motor activity of the organs of the gastrointestinal tract. Increases the formation of bile and bile acids.

The action of bile is conditioned by its reflexive influence on the secretory function of the liver parenchyma. Bile also enhances secretory and motor functions of the gastrointestinal tract.

The substances in garlic increase secretory and motor function of the gastrointestinal tract and stimulate the secretion of bile.

The nettle leaves have choleretic and anti-inflammatory properties.

The activated charcoal is an adsorbent that binds toxic substances in the gastrointestinal tract.

Pharmacokinetics:

The drug is well absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. Cholic and chenodeoxycholic acids contained in the drug are subjected to 7-alpha-dehydroxylation in the intestine. Moreover, cholic acid undergoes metabolism in the liver: it conjugates with amino acids and is secreted into the bile, from where it is again excreted into the intestine and then partially reabsorbed; the rest is excreted through the intestine.

How to take, the dosage

Internal, after meals, 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day, for 3-4 weeks.

In case of exacerbation 1 tablet 2-3 times a day for 1 – 2 months.

Children over 7 years old – 1 tablet 3 times a day for 3 – 4 weeks.
