When applied externally the drug stimulates reticuloendothelial system activity, normalizes trophic and accelerates regeneration of damaged tissues, has a pronounced antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Special instructions

After using the drug, milk from dairy animals and poultry eggs are used without restrictions. In case of forced slaughter of animals, meat is used without restrictions.

Recommendations for use

The drug ASD-2F is administered orally to animals with drinking water before feeding or in a mixture with mixed feed in the morning feeding.

Externally, ASD-2F is used in the form of 2-20% solutions prepared in sterile saline or boiled water. When preparing a treatment solution of the required concentration, the original sterile solution ASD-2F is taken as 100%. The medicinal solution is prepared under aseptic conditions.

For dyspepsia, gastroenterocolitis, gastroenteritis, as well as dystrophic conditions caused by digestive disorders and metabolic disorders, the drug is prescribed orally once a day, in single doses indicated in the table. Treatment is carried out in courses of 5 days with an interval of 2-3 days until the animal recovers.

When tympanic in cattle, the drug is given to the animal or injected into the rumen through a gastric tube once or twice a day in a single dose indicated in the table. During the treatment process, warm enemas, scar massage and other procedures prescribed for this pathology are prescribed.

For intestinal flatulence in horses, the drug is given to the animal or administered through a gastric tube once in the doses indicated in the table. For vaginitis and retained placenta in cows (after its removal), use a 3-5% solution of the drug, heated to 40°C, with which the vagina is washed once a day for 4-5 days, using 1.5-2 liters of solution for each treatment. If the cervix is ​​open, then 200-300 ml of solution is injected into the uterus.

For acute and chronic endometritis, myometritis and pyometra in cows, if the cervix is ​​open, a 15% solution of the drug, heated to 40°C in an amount of 200-300 ml, is injected into the uterine cavity and immediately removed. For these purposes, a catheter with reverse fluid flow is used. Treatment is carried out once a day until recovery. Along with etiotropic treatment for trichomoniasis, cows are injected into the vagina with a 20% solution of the drug using a Janet syringe with a rubber tube and a special catheter with a large number of holes at the end. Treatment is carried out once a day for 5-7 days, using 200-300 ml of solution for each procedure.

When treating bulls suffering from an acute form of trichomoniasis, along with etiotropic treatment, the preputial sac is washed with a 2-3% solution of the drug, which is administered using a catheter connected by a rubber tube to an Esmarch mug in an amount of 0.5-1.0 liters. After this, the external opening of the preputial sac is clamped for 3-5 minutes with the hand and a light massage is performed. Treatment is carried out once a day for 5-7 days.

In order to stimulate the central and autonomic nervous system, increase resistance in animals that have recovered from infectious and invasive diseases, accelerate the healing process of the skin, for necrobacteriosis, eczema, dermatitis, trophic ulcers, the drug is used with drinking water or mixed with food once a day in the doses indicated in the table. Treatment is carried out in courses of 5 days with an interval of 3 days until recovery.

In order to stimulate the growth and development of calves, piglets and chickens, the drug is used by group feeding at the rate of 0.1 ml ASD-2F per 1 kg of body weight every other day for 1-2 months.

Infected wounds that heal slowly are washed with a 15-20% solution of the drug and then a bandage moistened with this solution is applied. Treatment is carried out once a day until the wound is cleared of pus. In the presence of fistulas, opened abscess cavities, phlegmons, gauze drainage moistened with a solution of the drug is inserted into their cavity and a sterile bandage is applied on top. The drainage is changed daily until a granulation shaft is formed.

When washing horses and the presence of abscesses in the submandibular space and other parts of the body after preliminary toileting, the abscess cavities are washed with a 15-20% solution of the drug or tampons soaked in the solution are inserted into them, once a day until the wound is cleared of pus and granulation appears.
