How to take, the dosage

1 tablespoon of raw material is placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bag with a spoon, then squeeze it. The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 100 ml.

Take internally warm 1/2 -1/3 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before a meal.

We recommend to shake the infusion before drinking.

Special Instructions

Prepared decoction should not be stored more than 48 hours.
