The remedy is of plant origin. Due to the content of quinagolide and germacranolide it has a choleretic effect.

Tannins, essential oil and hamazulene provide anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-allergic and wound-healing effects of yarrow herb; flavonoids and essential oils provide antispasmodic action on smooth muscles; bitter alkaloid achillein irritates endings of taste nerves and increases secretion of gastric juice.

The mechanism of the hemostatic action of yarrow herb is similar to the effects caused by calcium ions.

The active substances of yarrow activate the action of fibrin, but never lead to the formation of blood clots.

Yarrow herb crushed.

How to take, the dosage

1 filter bag (1 tablespoon of raw materials) is placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bag with a spoon, then squeeze it.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 100 ml.

Take internally warm 1/2-1/3 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before a meal.

We recommend to shake the infusion before drinking.

Special Instructions

Prepared decoction is stored for no more than 48 hours.
