How to take, the dosage

In order to perform the procedure, prepare two phyto candles, a handkerchief or cap on your head, cotton wands with absorbent cotton, matches, a glass of water, baby cream, absorbent cotton.
Lie down on your right side, put a small pillow under your head, cover your head with a cotton napkin with a slit for the ear. Massage the left ear lobe lightly with the cream. Light the upper end of the phytocandle, the lower (with foil) gently put it to the external ear canal. The candle should burn to the level of the foil (mark), and then extinguish it in a glass with water. Clean the ear with a stick with absorbent cotton and put a cotton swab for 10-15 minutes.
Repeat the procedure for the right ear.
On the day of treatment it is not recommended to wash the hair.
In chronic diseases it is recommended 5-6 treatment sessions once a week, for acute – once every 2-3 days.
