How to take, the dosage

About 10 g (1 tablespoon) collection is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain the remaining raw squeeze.
