Special instructions

Vikair is not advisable to prescribe to patients with peptic ulcer disease in combination with chronic appendicitis, enterocolitis, cholecystitis and patients with a tendency to bleeding.

Calamus rhizomes, Bismuth subnitrate, Buckthorn bark, Magnesium carbonate, Sodium bicarbonate

Composition

Each tablet contains:

Active ingredients:

Basic bismuth nitrate – 0.35 g,

basic magnesium carbonate – 0.4 g;

sodium bicarbonate – 0.2 g,

buckthorn bark powder – 0.025 g,

calamus rhizomes powder – 0.025 g.

Excipients:

potato starch,

stearic acid,

talc.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, hypoacid gastritis, chronic renal failure, enterocolitis, children under 18 years of age (efficacy and safety have not been established), pregnancy, lactation (breastfeeding).

Stool stained black.

Interaction

While taking m-anticholinergic blockers or histamine H2 receptor blockers, the need to use the drug decreases.

Reduces the absorption of tetracyclines. In combination with other drugs containing bismuth, the concentration of bismuth in the blood increases.
