Valerian tincture has antispasmodic and sedative effects. It reduces the excitability of the central nervous system, reduces smooth muscle tone.

Composition

Active matter: shredded rhizomes with roots of valerian 200 g,
alcohol 70% – enough to get 1,000 ml of tincture.

How to take, the dosage

Internal, 20-30 drops 3-4 times a day; for children, 1 drop per year of life.

Contraindications

High sensitivity to components of Valerian.

Side effects

Sleepiness, drowsiness, and decreased ability to work.
