How to take, the dosage

Apply the gel-balm on the problem area 2-3 times a day, massaging for 3-5 minutes until it is completely absorbed.

If possible, provide warmth and rest. Before each application, cleanse the skin with warm water or a warm, damp cloth. The duration of application is 4-5 weeks.
