Uronext^® contains a combination of three active ingredients in optimal doses, which provides the product with comprehensive action for complete protection against urinary tract infections.

D-mannose is a saccharide that enters the bladder unchanged and has an anti-adhesive effect (prevents Escherichia coli from attaching to the bladder wall). As a result the bacteria are eliminated with the flow of urine without negative impact on the urinary system.

Cran-Max is a highly purified 100% natural cranberry extract with standardized activity (36 mg of proanthocyanidins). The cranberry extract has greater bioavailability and efficacy due to a patented method of release. Cran-Max has an anti-adhesive effect due to its proanthocyanidins. In addition, its anti-inflammatory, diuretic and antimicrobial properties are known. Cran-Max creates acidic environment in the urinary bladder and urinary tract and as a result Escherichia coli cannot multiply and lose their ability to live.

Vitamin D₃ helps maintain normal immune system function and promotes the synthesis of antimicrobial peptides that protect against urobacteria, which is a supplement for the prevention and treatment of urinary tract infections.
