Urolesan, capsules 40 pcs

Urolesan is an antispasmodic agent of plant origin. The drug has antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic effect, enhances bile formation and biliary excretion, increases diuresis, acidifies urine, increases urea and chloride excretion.

Urolesan is a complex of biologically active components; therefore it is not possible to conduct pharmacokinetic studies.

Indications

In the complex therapy of acute and chronic urinary tract and kidney infections (cystitis, pyelonephritis); urolithiasis, cholelithiasis, chronic cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia of the hyperkinetic type.

Active ingredient

Oregano tr.ext, Castor bean seed oil, Carrot seed ext, Mint leaf oil, Fir oil, Hops extra.

Composition

1 capsule contains:

active ingredients:

urolesan extract is thick, in terms of moisture content 10% – 10.70 mg (in terms of dry matter: wild carrot seed extract – 1.84 mg, hop fruit extract – 6.33 mg, oregano herb extract – 1.46 mg);

peppermint leaves oil – 7.46 mg;

fir oil – 25.50 mg.

excipients:

magnesium hydroxycarbonate (magnesium carbonate heavy) – 131.96 mg,

lactose monohydrate (tabletose-80) – 50.10 mg,

castor oil – 35.15 mg,

magnesium aluminum metasilicate (neusilin UFL2) – 27.11 mg,

talc – 6.38 mg,

potato starch – 5.62 mg,

disodium edetate dihydrate (trilon B) – 0.02 mg

Contraindications

– Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
– Lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactase malabsorption.
– Hyperacid gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.
– The diameter of kidney stones exceeds 3 mm.
– Age up to 18 years.

Side Effects

From the digestive system: dyspepsia (heartburn, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea).

Allergic reactions: itching, redness of the face, skin rash, angioedema (soreness in the throat, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, tongue).

From the central and peripheral nervous system: dizziness, general weakness.

From the cardiovascular system: increase/decrease in blood pressure.

Storage conditions

In a place protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
