Troxerutin gel 2% 25 g

Troxerutin – venotonizing, angioprotective agent, bioflavonoid. It reduces capillary permeability and fragility, strengthens the vascular wall, improves microcirculation, has an anti-edema effect.

Participates in the redox processes, blocks the hyaluronic acid of the cell membranes. It increases the density of the vascular wall, decreases the exudation of the liquid part of the plasma and the diapedesis of blood cells.

Limits inflammation in the vascular wall by limiting platelet adhesion to its surface.

The use of Troxerutin is possible both in the initial and in the advanced stages of the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency, it is possible to use as one of the components of complex treatment.

How to take, the dosage

Externally: the gel is applied evenly with a thin layer in the morning and evening on the skin over the painful area and massaged gently until full absorption.

The dose of the drug depends on the area of the affected surface, but should not exceed 3-4 cm of gel (1.5-2 g). The gel can be applied under the occlusive dressing.

Contraindications

With caution: renal failure (prolonged use).

Side effects

In some cases, allergic reactions (skin rash) are possible.
