Polysaccharides, essential oils and flavonoids of chamomile, marshmallow and yarrow have anti-inflammatory effects and reduce mucosal edema of the respiratory tract. Tannins of oak bark have antiviral activity.

Acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis).

Prevention of complications in respiratory viral infections and as an addition to antibiotic therapy for bacterial infections.

Drops for oral administration contain 16.0-19.5 vol.% ethanol, so this dosage form is not recommended for use after successful treatment of chronic alcoholism. In patients with liver diseases, the question of using drops for oral administration is decided by the doctor individually.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, in particular to plants of the Asteraceae family;
alcoholism (including after anti-alcohol treatment);

With caution: liver diseases, traumatic brain injury, brain diseases, children over 1 year of age (use is possible only after consultation with a doctor) – due to the ethyl alcohol content in the drug.

Side Effects

From the gastrointestinal tract: nausea, vomiting.

Allergic reactions are possible.

If signs of an allergic reaction appear, you should stop taking the drug.

Interaction

Interaction with other drugs has not been described.

Overdose

To date, no cases of overdose have been registered.
