How to use

– Prepare the diaper for use: straighten it and set it aside for a few minutes to straighten out.
– Put on the TENA Pants like normal underwear. To remove TENA Pants after use, tear along the side seams.
– We recommend changing the product at least once every eight hours.
– To find the right size, measure your waist and hip circumference and use the larger value.
