Dual blockade of the angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) Concomitant use of telmisartan with aliskiren is contraindicated in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal insufficiency (FFR less than 60 ml/min/1.73 m2 body surface area) and is not recommended in other patients.

Directions for use

The drug is taken orally, once daily, regardless of meals; tablets should be washed down with liquids. Arterial hypertension The initial recommended dose of Telzap is 40 mg (1 tablet) once daily.

Side effects
