Standardized and titrated herbal medicine, the action of which is conditioned by the influence on the processes of metabolism in cells, rheological properties of blood and microcirculation, as well as on vasomotor reactions of blood vessels.
It improves blood supply to the brain, improves delivery of oxygen and glucose, normalizes the tone of arteries and veins and improves microcirculation. Improves blood flow, prevents red blood cell aggregation, has an inhibitory effect on platelet activation factor.
It improves metabolic processes and has an anti-hypoxic effect on tissues. Prevents the formation of free radicals and lipid peroxidation in cell membranes. Effects on the release, reuptake and catabolism of neurotransmitters (noradrenaline, acetylcholine) and their ability to bind to membrane receptors.

Associates:
sodium saccharin;
soluble orange essence;

95% ethanol;
purified water.
How to take, the dosage
Prescribe 40 mg (1 tablet or 1 ml of oral solution) 3 times a day with meals. It is taken orally.
The solution for oral administration is dissolved in half a cup of water. When taking the drug in the form of oral solution, use the included pipette-dispenser (1 dose = 1 ml of solution).
Interaction
Interaction with agents metabolized with participation of CYP3A4 isoenzyme and having a low therapeutic index should be allowed with caution.
Tanakan should not be used in combination with drugs including acetylsalicylic acid, drugs that reduce blood clotting and anticoagulants.

Combination with cephalosporin antibiotics, chloramphenicol, thiazide diuretics, oral hypoglycemic agents, 5-nitroimidazole derivatives, cytostatics, tranquilizers, Gentamicin, Disulfiram, anticonvulsants, antifungal drugs, Ketoconazole, tricyclic antidepressants may cause hyperthermia, vomiting, palpitations.
Special Instructions
Because Tanakan tablet form contains lactose, it should not be prescribed to patients with congenital galactosemia, glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome, or lactase deficiency.
Contraindications
Side effects
Blood coagulation: decrease in blood clotting and possibility of bleeding (with prolonged use). Dermatological reactions: eczema.
CNS disorders: headache, dizziness, tinnitus.
Digestive system disorders: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, diarrhea. In case of development of adverse reactions the patient should stop taking the drug and consult a physician.
Overdose
To date, there are no known cases of overdose of the drug Tanakan.
Pregnancy use
The use of Tanacan is contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation due to a lack of clinical data.
