Systein Balance, eye drops 10 ml

The oil-based ophthalmic product moistens the surface of the eye, stabilizes the lipid layer of the tear film and reduces the evaporation of tear fluid.

Provides temporary relief of dry eye symptoms such as burning sensation and irritation.

Indications

SYSTAIN® BALANCE is an oil-based moisturizer used to relieve symptoms of dry eye syndrome caused by increased evaporation of tear fluid.

SYSTAIN® BALANCE moisturizes the ocular surface, replenishes and stabilizes the lipid layer of the tear film and reduces excessive evaporation of tear fluid. Provides long-lasting, temporary relief from dry eye symptoms such as dry eye burning and irritation.

Pharmacological effect

Special instructions

Do not touch the pipette tip of the vial as this may contaminate the solution.

USE IN PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
The safety and effectiveness of use during pregnancy and lactation have not been studied. It can be used during pregnancy and lactation as prescribed by the attending physician, if the expected effect exceeds the risk of developing possible side effects.

APPLICATION IN PEDIATRICS
Use in children under 18 years of age is not recommended, as the safety and effectiveness of use in children have not been established.

WARNINGS
Follow the recommendations of your ophthalmologist and instructions for use. If you continue to experience discomfort, watery eyes, changes in vision, or red eyes, please consult your doctor.

Composition

1 ml of ophthalmic solution contains:

Propylene glycol 6.0 mg.
Hydroxypropyl guar 0.5 mg.
LIPITECH system:
Mineral oil 10 mg.
Dimyristoyl phosphatidylglycerol 0.05 mg.
Polyoxyl 40 stearate 3.8 mg.
Sorbitan tristearate 2.9 mg.
Boric acid 10.0 mg.
Sorbitol 7.0 mg.
Disodium edetate 0.25 mg.
POLYQUAD (polyquaternium-1) 0.01 mg.
Hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH).
Purified water (up to a volume of 1 ml).
