Superlymph® is an immunomodulator, a natural complex of natural antimicrobial peptides and cytokines – universal stimulants of the immune system with the activity of a factor that inhibits macrophage migration, interleukin 1 (IL-1), IL-6, tumor necrosis factor (TNF), transforming growth factor, secreted by leukocytes of peripheral blood of pigs.
It has antiviral, antimicrobial and antifungal effects. The drug stimulates the functional activity of phagocytic cells (monocytes and neutrophils): activates phagocytosis, production of cytokines (IL-1, TNF), induces antitumor cytotoxicity of macrophages, regulates cell migration to the site of inflammation, increases the activity of natural killer cells. The drug has antioxidant activity, reduces the development of inflammatory reactions, stimulates regeneration and epithelization of wound defects.
Pharmacokinetics
When administered intravaginally, systemic bioavailability is minimal.

Special instructions

The drug is unsuitable for use if:
the integrity of the packaging is compromised;
no markings;
the physical properties of the drug are changed (color change, smell of rancid fat, deformation of the suppository).
Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and machinery
Special studies have not been conducted to study the effect of the drug Superlymph® on the ability to drive a car or operate moving mechanisms. Considering the pharmacological properties of the drug Superlymph®, such an effect is unlikely.

Composition

One suppository contains:

Active ingredient: protein-peptide complex from pig blood leukocytes Superlymph® 10 UNITS / 25 UNITS.
Excipients: cocoa butter, anhydrous lanolin.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy
The use of Superlymph® during pregnancy is possible after consulting a doctor.

Lactation
Due to the lack of data on the penetration of Superlymph® into breast milk, the use of Superlymph® during breastfeeding is contraindicated.

Contraindications

Body temperature above 38 °C;
Hypersensitivity to pork proteins and excipients;
History of severe allergic reactions;
Malignant neoplasms in the active stage;
Breastfeeding period.
Age up to 18 years (due to lack of data on effectiveness and safety)

Side Effects

The adverse reactions presented below are listed according to the damage to organs and organ systems and the frequency of occurrence. The frequency of occurrence is defined as follows: very often (≥1/10), often (≥1/100 and <1/10), infrequently (≥1/1000 and <1/100); rare (≥1/10000 and <1/1000), very rare (<1/10000, including isolated cases), frequency unknown (it is not possible to determine the frequency based on available data). Cases of drug overdose have not been described.

Superlymph® substance is a peptide-protein complex with a molecular weight of less than 40,000 Da and the activity of a number of cytokines, including a factor that inhibits macrophage migration, obtained in a continuous production cycle from cultures of porcine blood leukocytes, which are cultivated in a colorless medium 199. No excipients are used during the lyophilization process.

Storage conditions

Store at a temperature of 2 to 8 °C.
Keep out of the reach of children.

Transportation conditions
The drug is transported in accordance with SP 3.3.2.3332-16 at a temperature of 2 to 8 °C.

Shelf life

2 years. Do not use after expiration date.
