Gastric collection number 3 has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, choleretic and mild laxative effect.

Composition

Active substances:

Truss bark – 30%;

The nettle leaves – 30%;

Peppermint leaves – 20%;

Valerian rhizomes with roots – 10%;

Hair extract – 10%.

How to take, the dosage

About 5 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool it for 10 minutes at room temperature, strain.

The remaining material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting broth is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.

It is taken internally by 1/2 cup in the morning and evening.

We recommend to shake the decoction before drinking.

Long-term use may cause thirst, headache, heart pain, weight loss, weakening or lack of laxative effect, constipation.
