Stillavit restores the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva and eliminates the discomfort of feeling “dry”, feeling of foreign bodies and burning in the eyes.

Stillavit forms a uniform and long-term stable tear film which is not washed away with blinking and does not cause decrease in visual acuity.

These: B-panthenol (provitamin B5), an effective regeneration stimulator, helps restore the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva; sodium chondroitin sulfate, being an eye tissue protector, has an anti-inflammatory and moderate anti-inflammatory effect.

Chondroitin sulfate along with keratansulfate are also known to provide corneal transparency.

Indications

It is indicated for intensive computer work, long-term driving of vehicles. Application of the product facilitates contact lenses habituation and provides comfort while wearing them permanently.

For additional moisturizing, lubrication and protection of the front surface of the eye (cornea and conjunctiva), elimination of discomfort caused by the feeling of “dryness”, foreign body and burning sensations in the eye including those caused by:

1.Climatic factors (use of air conditioners, split systems, steam heating, exposure to massive ultraviolet radiation etc).

2. Medical-environmental factors (air pollution by industrial wastes and motor vehicles, soil contamination by chemicals in agriculture).

3. Medico-social factors (“ageing” of population and age-related changes, more frequent instillation of eye drops, taking various kinds of medications, total computerization of schools and offices, wide use of contact vision correction and methods of eye microsurgery to eliminate visual defects

Interaction

If Stillavit Solution is used together with other ophthalmic drugs, it is recommended to observe an interval of at least 30 minutes between the use of eye drops and the said solution.

The eye ointments should be used after Stillavit solution has been injected.
