Soluvit N, lyophilizate for infusion solution 10 ml 10 pcs

Soluvit N is a multivitamin preparation. With complete parenteral nutrition it provides the necessary water-soluble vitamins in the body.

Thiamine (vitamin B1) plays an important role in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. It participates in the processes of conducting nerve excitation in synapses. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) is a catalyst of cellular respiration, is necessary for normal visual perception.

Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is necessary for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system. It participates in the biosynthesis of many neurotransmitters. Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is necessary for normal hematopoiesis and the synthesis of nucleic acids.

Pantothenic acid is a component of coenzyme A and plays an important role in acetylation and oxidation processes.

Nicotinamide is involved in the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism. Folic acid is involved in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleotides, nucleic acids and is necessary for normal erythropoiesis.

Indications

Parenteral nutrition (as an adjunct to infusion solutions).

Composition

1 bottle of lyophilizate for the preparation of a solution for infusion contains:

acting substances:

thiamine mononitrate 3.1 mg (equivalent to 2.5 mg thiamine (vitamin B1),

riboflavin sodium phosphate dihydrate 4.9 mg (equivalent to 3.6 mg riboflavin (vitamin B2),

nicotinamide 40 mg

pyridoxine hydrochloride 4.9 mg (equivalent to 4 mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B6),

p> sodium pantothenate 16.5 mg (equivalent to 15 mg of pantothenic acid),

sodium ascorbate 113 mg (equivalent to 100 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C),

biotin 60 µg,

folic acid 0.4 mg,

cyanocobalamin 5 µg,

excipients:

Glycine, 300 mg;

Dinatrium edetate, 0.5 mg;

Methyl parahydroxybenzoate, 0.5 mg

How to take, the dosage

Intravenously. Soluvit N must be dissolved aseptically immediately before use.

Adults and children over 11 years of age

The contents of one vial under aseptic conditions are dissolved in 10 ml of one of the following solutions:

The contents of the bottle after dissolving in 10 ml of Vitalipid or Intralipid under aseptic conditions is added to a fat emulsion (e.g. Intralipid) or to a “three-in-one” parenteral nutrition system (Kabiven central or peripheral).

The solution obtained by dissolving Soluvit H in 10 ml of water for injection or glucose solution is added under aseptic conditions to glucose solutions (5, 10 or 20%), fat emulsion (for example Intralipid) or to a three-in-one parenteral nutrition system (for example Kabyven central or peripheral).

The contents of one vial provide the daily requirement for vitamins. Adults and children over 11 years of age should receive 1 vial/day.

Children under 11 years of age

The contents of one vial are dissolved under aseptic conditions by adding 10 ml of one of the following solutions:

The contents of the bottle after dissolving in 10 ml of Vitalipid or Intralipid under aseptic conditions is added to the fat emulsion (Intralipid) or to the “three-in-one” parenteral nutrition system (Kabiven central or peripheral).

The solution obtained by dissolving Soluvit H in 10 ml of water for injection or glucose solution is added under aseptic conditions to glucose solutions (5, 10 or 20%), fat emulsion (Intralipid) or to the “three-in-one” parenteral nutrition system (Kabyven central or peripheral).

In children with body weight less than 10 kg: by adding 10 ml of compatible solution to the bottle with Soluvit H the daily requirement in water-soluble vitamins is provided by 1 ml of the obtained solution per 1 kg of body weight. Newborns and children with body weight less than 10 kg should get 1/10 of the content of the bottle (1 ml of the received solution) per 1 kg/day.

Interaction

The drug is compatible with intralipid solutions and glucose solutions.

It is not recommended to add other infusion solutions to the drug.

Special Instructions

Soluvit N can be prescribed for both adults and children (taking into account the daily requirement of vitamins in patients of different ages).

Contraindications

High sensitivity to the components of Soluvit N.
