Adults 1-2 sachets (5-10g) or 1-2 teaspoons (5-10g) during the day. Take with meals, dissolved in 100ml of water or other liquid. It provides 150-300 %** of the adequate intake of *soluble dietary fiber

* according to the “Uniform Sanitary and Epidemiological and Hygienic Requirements for Goods Subject to Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision (Control)” (Chapter II, Section 1, Appendix 5); ** does not exceed the upper allowable level of consumption.

The duration of intake is 1 month, if necessary the intake can be repeated 3-4 times a year.
