Recommendations for use

About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of crushed raw materials are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and leave in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, and squeeze out the remaining raw materials.

Storage conditions
