2 filter-pack (3 g) was placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bags with a spoon, then filter-pack squeeze, the resulting extract bring boiled water to 100 ml.

It is taken internally by 1/2 cup infusion in the evening after a meal. The course of treatment of 2-3 weeks. Before using the infusion is recommended to shake.
