A combination drug.

Paracetamol has analgesic and antipyretic effects. It relieves the pain syndrome associated with colds – sore throat, headache, muscle and joint pain, reduces fever.

Phenylephrine is an alpha1-adrenomimetic. It has a vasoconstrictor effect, reduces edema and hyperemia of the mucous membranes of the upper airways and sinuses.

Chlorphenamine is a blocker of histamine H1-receptors; it has anti-allergic action, reduces swelling and hyperemia of the nasal cavity mucous membranes, eliminates itching in the eyes and nose, nasopharynx and accessory sinuses, reduces exudative manifestations.

Caffeine has a stimulating effect on the CNS, resulting in decreased fatigue and drowsiness and increased mental and physical performance.
