Rhinostop Aqua Norm, spray 125 ml

Rinostop is a vasoconstrictor for local use in ENT practice.

The alpha-adrenomimetic.

When applied to the mucous membranes, it causes vasoconstriction, resulting in decreased local hyperemia and edema.

In rhinitis, it eases nasal breathing.

Indications

Prevention and complex treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses and nasopharynx (infectious, allergic, atrophic):

– acute and chronic rhinitis (runny nose)

– acute and chronic sinusitis (including. maxillary sinusitis)

– acute and chronic adenoiditis

– allergic and vasomotor rhinitis

– subatrophic rhinitis (dry mucous membranes)

The complex treatment of acute respiratory infections and flu.

Daily hygiene of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx (including in adverse environmental conditions).

The prevention of acute respiratory diseases, including acute respiratory viral infections and flu during epidemics.

The condition after surgical interventions in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.

Preparing the nasal mucosa for the application of medicines.

Active ingredient

Sea Salt

Composition

Natural sterile seawater.

Isotonic salt concentration: NaCl content 9 g/l.

Hypertensive salt concentration: NaCl 21 g/l.

All the active substances and trace elements of seawater are preserved in Rinostop Aqua: K, Mg, Na, Ca, Cl, Se, I, Zn, Cu, Fe, etc.

Rinostop® Aqua contains no preservatives.

How to take, the dosage

Intranasal.

The spray is applied after removing the safety cap from the atomizer.

The nebulizer is inserted into the nose and pressed down on the base of the nebulizer for 1 second.

For adults and children over 6 years of age (0.1% spray): one spray of nebulizer in each nasal passage; 3-4 sprays daily are usually sufficient; do not use more than 3 times a day.

For children 2 to 6 years of age (0.05% spray), one spray of nebulizer in each nasal passage 1 or 2 times daily; do not use more than 3 times a day.

Do not use without a break for more than 3 to 5 days.

Special Instructions

Pressurized container: protect from direct sunlight and temperatures above 50 °C. Do not puncture or incinerate, even after use.

Contraindications

Closed-angle glaucoma, atrophic rhinitis, arterial hypertension, tachycardia, marked atherosclerosis, hyperthyroidism, brain surgery (history), hypersensitivity to xylometazoline.
