Rinopront – reducing capillary permeability, adrenomimetic, antihistamine, anti-allergic, vasoconstrictor, anti-edema.

For 10-12 hours the phenomena of rhinitis, burning in the eyes, a feeling of heaviness in the head are eliminated.

Indications

Acute rhinitis of various genesis (vasomotor, allergic, infectious-inflammatory), hay fever, sinusitis.

How to take, the dosage

Overly, twice a day (morning and evening), 1 capsule (without chewing, with a glass of water), or 3 scoops of syrup

In the morning and evening.

Interaction

Incompatible with MAO inhibitors; adrenomimetic effect is enhanced with guanethidine and isobarine.

Halothane increases the risk of arrhythmia.

Special Instructions

In patients with angina pectoris, trimetazidine from day 15 of treatment increases coronary reserve (time to ischemic impairment on exercise), limits BP changes on exercise without changing heart rate, reduces the frequency of angina attacks and reduces nitrate consumption.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, thyrotoxicosis, pheochromocytoma, closed-angle glaucoma, prostate adenoma, hypertension, age (less than 1 year).

Side effects

Dry mouth, decreased appetite, dyspepsia, visual disturbances, dizziness, headache, insomnia, anxiety, lethargy, palpitations, cardialgia, increased BP, changes in peripheral blood count, skin allergic reactions.

Overdose

Symptoms (in children and the elderly): CNS agitation.
