The product Rhinolife is designed to rinse, clean, relieve and moisten the nasal passages and sinuses and gargle the throat.

When the product is dissolved in warm boiled water, an isotonic solution is obtained. Through the procedure of rinsing and gargling viruses, bacteria, allergens, dust and other foreign agents are washed out of the nose and nasopharynx; the nasal passages and sinuses are cleared, freed and moistened and free nasal breathing restored.

The prepared solution has a pH of 5.5-7.5.

Rhinolife is used in medical facilities as well as at home.

Nasal irrigation

The procedure should be performed 1-2 times a day at any time convenient for the patient, but no later than 1 hour before bedtime.

If the patient is stuffy or has difficulty breathing through the nose, a vasoconstrictor should be put into the nose and the procedure should be repeated after nasal breathing has been restored.

The contents of 1 sachet dissolve in 250 ml of warm (36-37 ° C) boiled water to obtain isotonic solution. The prepared solution is ready for use.

Perform the nasal irrigation procedure.

For the product with the Rhinolife nasal shower device:

1. Unscrew the cap of the device and fill the bottle with the prepared solution (or use the bottle to prepare the solution), screw the cap on the device. The device is ready to use with the solution ready.

2. Hold the device in a comfortable hand.

3. The patient will need to stand in front of the sink, lean forward and head down. Open the mouth and, without holding the breath, insert the cap of the device into the nostril with the opening of the cap pointing into the nasal passage.

4. Gently squeeze the bottle with minimal pressure. This will irrigate the nasal passage and begin to pour out of the opposite side of the nose or mouth. Do not put too much pressure on the bottle and tilt your head to the side, because this could cause the solution to enter the middle ear.

5. Once the solution has stopped flowing from the opposite side of the nasal passage or mouth, remove the device from the nasal passage while keeping the bottle compressed. If you get the solution in your mouth, it should be spit out. Swallowing is not recommended.

6. Unclench the vial.

7. The patient should gently blow his nose by clamping one of the nostrils with a finger. Avoid blowing too hard because if they do, the liquid might get into the middle ear.

8. repeat 2 more times.

9. Rinse the second nasal passage in the same way.

For children, the procedure is carried out in the same way, with the obligatory supervision of adults. Injection of the solution in children under 14 years of age must be carried out by an adult.

The contents of 1 sachet are intended to prepare 1 dose of the solution for single use.

The device is designed for multiple uses. You must disassemble the device before and after each use, rinse the parts in a warm, soapy solution, then rinse the parts under running water and dry them. Reassemble the device.

The device must be disinfected according to MU 287-113 when used in health care facilities.

Hand throat rinse

The procedure should be performed 1-2 times a day for symptoms of tonsillitis (sore throat) and pharyngitis at any time convenient for the patient.

The contents of 1 sachet dissolve in 250 ml of warm (36-37 ° C) boiled water to obtain isotonic solution. The prepared solution is ready for use.

Rinse the throat with freshly prepared solution. After rinsing, spit out the solution.

Special Instructions

Use only a freshly prepared, warm (36-37°C) solution.

The maximum volume of liquid to be filled in the bottle is not more than 250 ml.

In postoperative rehabilitation, use after consulting a physician.

The medical device is supplied non-sterile. The surface of the device is resistant to disinfection with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution with addition of 0.5% detergent according to GOST 25644-96 or 1% chloramine solution according to MU 287-113.

The medical device has no negative impact on people and the environment when used, transported and stored.

There are no special precautions required when disposing of unused/used or expired products. In medical and preventive treatment institutions the articles and/or their packing are disposed as class A medical wastes in accordance with SanPiN 2.1.7.1322-03. At home, the products and/or their packaging are disposed of with household waste.

Self-use is recommended for children over 14 years of age.
