Reparil-gel H, gel 40 g

Reparil-gel H – antiedematous, venotonic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory.

Inhibits the activation of lysosomal enzymes that break down proteoglycan, reduces capillary fragility and permeability, increases blood flow, eliminates venous stasis.

Pharmacodynamics

Escin, penetrating through the skin, prevents water retention in the tissues and suppresses the formation of edema, inhibits inflammation, eliminates local edema. Diethylamine salicylate has anti-inflammatory properties which are strengthened by escine and produces a pain-relieving effect.

Indications

Soft tissue bruises, hematomas, sports injuries with ligament damage without compromising the integrity of the skin. Pain syndrome associated with spinal diseases (lumbago, sciatica). Superficial phlebitis, varicose veins.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Escin inhibits and reduces capillary permeability during inflammatory processes, leading to a decrease in inflammatory edema and pain. Escin leads to the normalization of impaired microcirculation. Diethylamine salicylate has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, penetrates well into tissues and potentiates the effect of escin.

Special instructions

For external use only. Do not use with warming compresses. If skin irritation occurs, stop use. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and areas of skin irritation.

Reparil-gel N cannot affect the ability to drive a car or operate machinery.

Composition

Composition (per 100 g of gel):

Active ingredients: escin 1 g, diethylamine salicylate 5 g;

Excipients: lavender oil, orange flower oil, carbomers, macrogol glyceryl caprylocaprate, disodium edetate, trometamol, isopropanol, water

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to any component of the drug,

• severe chronic renal failure,

• open wounds, skin irritation,

• children under 12 years old,

• pregnancy III trimester.

WITH CAUTION

• pregnancy I-II trimester,

• breastfeeding,

• a history of bronchial asthma triggered by taking aspirin acid or another NSAID.

Side Effects

In rare cases, allergic reactions may develop.

Interaction

The drug may lead to increased absorption of simultaneously used drugs for external use. Due to the presence of diethylamine salicylate in the drug, the use of large quantities may increase the toxicity of methotrexate and reduce the therapeutic effect of hypoglycemic agents. The drug is not recommended for use simultaneously with oral anticoagulants.

Overdose

No cases of drug overdose have been reported.
