Interaction
Changes in gastric acidity during the use of antacids may lead to a decrease in the rate and degree of absorption of other drugs when taken simultaneously, so the drugs should be taken 1-2 hours before or after taking antacid drugs.
Tetracycline antibiotics, fluoroquinolones, cardiac glycosides, levothyroxine, iron drugs, fluorides, phosphates – when used simultaneously, antacids reduce absorption of these drugs.
Tiazide diuretics – when concomitant use with antacids the calcium concentration in serum should be monitored regularly. Anticholinergic drugs increase and prolong the effect by delaying gastric emptying.

When prescribing the drug in patients with impaired renal function, serum magnesium, phosphorus and calcium concentrations should be monitored regularly.
