Interaction

The therapeutic effects of tetracycline and ciprofloxacin antibiotics, indomethacin, salicylates, aminazine, histamine H-receptor blocker, beta-adrenoblockers, digoxin, isoniazid, ketoconazole may be impaired when used with Relcer.

Relzer reduces and slows absorption of chlorpromazine , phenytoin , diflunisan, quinolones (including norfloxacin, ofloxacin, enoxacin, grapofloxacin), azithromycin, cefpodoxime, pivampicillin, rifampicin, indirect anticoagulants, barbiturates, fexofenadine, dipyridamole, zalcitabine, bile acids (chenodeoxycholic and ursodeoxycholic), penicillamine, Fe and Li preparations + , quinidine , lansoprazole , mexiletine .

When concomitantly taken with drugs in enteric dosage forms, increased alkalinity of gastric juices may lead to accelerated disruption of the tablet coating and cause irritation of the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum. M-cholinoblockers, by slowing gastric emptying, enhance and prolong the action of the drug.

Special Instructions

The interval between taking Relzer and other drugs should be 1-2 hours. In case of long-term use (more than 14 days), regular medical supervision is necessary.

Application in renal dysfunction: n is contraindicated in severe renal dysfunction.

Contraindications

Side effects

Digestive system disorders: Constipation, nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, change in taste sensation.

From the side of the water-electrolyte balance: Hypermagnesemia, hypophosphatemia, hypocalcemia, hypercalciuria, hyperaluminemia.

Urinary system disorders: Nephrocalcinosis, impaired renal function.

Muscular system disorders: Osteomalacia, osteoporosis.

Other: Encephalopathy, allergic reactions. In patients with concomitant renal failure – thirst, decreased BP, hyporeflexia.

Overdose

Symptoms: prolonged use at high doses may cause kidney stones, constipation, drowsiness, hypermagnesemia. There may also be signs of metabolic alkalosis: mood changes, numbness or muscle pain, nervousness and rapid fatigue, unpleasant taste sensations.

treatment: measures should be taken to quickly eliminate the drug: flush the stomach, induce vomiting, take activated charcoal.

Pregnancy use

It is contraindicated in pregnancy.

Breastfeeding should be stopped during treatment.
