Polyvalent piobacteriophage (Sextaphage), 20 ml 4 pcs

Polyvalent piobacteriophage is immunostimulatory.

Lysis of microorganisms corresponding to the phage (staphylococci, streptococci, pathogenic intestinal and Pseudomonas bacteria), Proteus (mirabilis, vulgaris, Klebsiella pneumoniae).

Indications

Diseases caused by staphylococci, streptococci, intestinal and Pseudomonas bacteria (various serotypes), Proteus (Mirabilis, vulgaris), Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Active ingredient

Composition

Active substances:

filter of phagolysates of staphylococci,

streptococci,

Escherichia coli,

Proteus,

Pseudomonas aeruginosa,

Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Conservant is quinosol at a final concentration of 0.1+,-0.02 mg/mL

How to take, the dosage

Topically (as irrigations, lotions, turundas), intracavitary (cavities of wounds, abscesses, vagina, nose, middle ear, bladder), orally, rectally (high enemas).

It is administered 1-3 times a day, the course of 5-15 days.

Repeated courses of treatment are possible.

In pyelonephritis the drug is taken orally in the dose of 5-20 ml 3 times a day for 10-15 days.

In case of uncontrollable vomiting and in children of the first year of life additional administration through the tube in the form of high colonic enemas in the dosage of 3 -5 ml daily for 5-7 days is possible.

In the treatment of omphalitis, pyoderma in newborns it is used in the form of applications, lotions 2 times a day for 5-7 days.

Special Instructions

Piobacteriophage polyvalent vials and ampoules are opened and the administration procedure is performed in strict compliance with the rules of antisepsis. Before use the vials and ampoules are shaken and viewed – the drug must be transparent and free of sediment.

The drug shall not be used if it is cloudy or the integrity of the package is broken. Storage of the drug after opening the bottle or ampoule is not allowed.

The use of Polyvalent Piobacteriophage does not exclude the use of other antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the drug.

Side effects

No reactions to administration of Polyvalent Piobacteriophage have been noted.
