8 filter packs (12 g) was placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and infused for 15 minutes. Filter-pack squeeze. The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

The prepared infusion is used externally for baths (1-2 cups of infusion per bath), or as a lotions (without dilution).
