Pinosol, spray 10 ml

A combined preparation containing a mixture of essential oils with natural substances in vegetable oil.

The drug has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial action, increases granulation.

Pinosol improves the condition of the patient by facilitating nasal breathing by reducing secretion and increasing the patency of the nasal passages.

In the chronic course of the disease, the drug increases blood circulation of the mucous membrane of the nose, larynx, trachea and helps restore its function.

Indications

Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes of the nose and nasopharynx, accompanied by drying of the nasal mucosa; conditions after nasal surgery and nasal tamponade (in the hospital and outpatient).

Active substances:

Mountain pine oil 35 g;

Mint oil 10 g;

Eucalyptus oil 5 g;

alpha-tocopherol acetate 15 g;

thymol 0.3 g;

Associates:

Medium chain length triglycerides – up to 1 l

How to take, the dosage

Intranasally.

The drug is injected 1 dose into each nasal passage 3-6 times a day, depending on the severity of inflammation. To do this, the safety cap of the dispense pump is removed, the drug is gently pressed down with the fingers and the dispense pump is closed with the safety cap.

Two test “injections (not into the nose!)” should be made lightly with the fingertips before using the product after removing the safety cap of the dispenser pump.

The course of treatment is 10 days. It is possible to increase the duration and conduct repeated courses of treatment upon the doctor’s recommendation.

Contraindications

Side effects

In rare cases, allergic reactions, mild burning, itching, swelling of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity may occur.

Pregnancy use

Pinosol can be used during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) when indicated.
