Milk thistle oil (milk thistle) is a liver protector.

Milk thistle is a powerful plant with large purple-red inflorescences from the Asteraceae family. It contains a natural substance silymarin – a mixture of glycosides (silybin, silydianin, silychristin), which primarily helps the liver to perform detoxification function, including by increasing the level of antioxidant protection.
