Composition
Tincture in the form of a clear green liquid, with the smell and taste of peppermint.
1 bottle of tincture of peppermint leaves (50 g of plant material for 1 liter of tincture) 25 ml of peppermint oil 1.25 g
Extractant:
ethanol 90%.
25 ml – dark glass vials (1) – cardboard boxes.
How to take, the dosage
In the body as a tincture, 70-100 ml 2-3 times a day, 15 minutes before a meal, or 15 ml of peppermint water every 3 hours.
For preparation of infusion 1 brisket or 1 tablespoon of the crushed raw material (5 g) is put in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath with frequent stirring for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.
The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiling water to 200 ml. Filter-pack: 2-3 filter-pack put in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of boiling water, close lid and infused for 20 minutes, filter-pack squeeze, the amount received infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.
It is taken orally, 15 ml (1 tablespoon) every 2-3 hours. Sublingually, 1-2 tablets.
Tincture: orally, 10-15 drops per dose every 3 hours.
Special Instructions
Store the prepared infusion in a dark, cool place for no more than 2 days.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, early childhood.
Diabetes mellitus (for tablets).
