Directions for use

Tincture: 5 grams of peppermint leaves in a glass of boiling water.

Still for 1 hour, strain. Drink 1 tablespoon 5 times a day.

Brew: 2 to 3 teaspoons mint leaves, pour a glass of boiling water. Heat in a closed container in a water bath for 10 – 15 minutes.

Let it cool down a little.

Drink in warm form, 1 cup 2 times a day, morning and evening.
