The Parapran dressing is a classic sterile atraumatic dressing that provides painless dressings without traumatizing the young formed epithelium.

The soft paraffin of the dressing, while on the wound, softens under the action of heat and prolongs the release of its composition, in the form of a suspension of drugs into the wound, while thanks to the mesh base of the dressing, the wound discharge is drained into a secondary sorbent dressing.
