The product PARANIT Sensitive is designed to kill head lice, their larvae and nits in adults, including pregnant and nursing women and children from 1 year old.

Indications

PARANIT Sensitive is intended for the destruction of head lice, their larvae and nits in adults, including pregnant and lactating women and children over 1 year of age.

Composition

The product contains the Oxyphthirine/Oxyphthirine complex, containing 4.0% dimethicone as an active ingredient and substances that have a synergistic effect that enhances the pediculicidal effect of dimethicone.

Specifications

The product is effective against adults, larvae and eggs of head lice (nits) after 8 hours of contact with the product in a single application.

About head lice:

The head louse is a small (3-4 mm long), wingless insect with 3 pairs of legs, with the help of which it moves nimbly and is firmly held on the hair. Head lice live exclusively in the scalp and feed on blood. When lice bite, they secrete saliva, which, when it gets into the wound, causes an allergic reaction: irritation and itching. Over the course of her life, a female head louse lays up to 150 eggs, called nits. On the 7th day, larvae emerge from the nits, which after 15 days become adult insects capable of laying eggs (nits). Head lice infestation can be determined by visual inspection and detection of nits in the hair. Unlike lice, nits are tightly attached to the hair and do not move, making them easier to spot in hair.

Check for lice and nits in the whole family

Check for lice and nits on all family members using the special comb included in the kit. It is better to diagnose head lice on dry hair in good lighting.

First comb your hair well, then comb it strand by strand several times with a special comb. Pay attention to the areas where lice and nits are most common – behind the ears and at the bottom of the back of the head. After each combing, wipe the comb with a white cloth. If infected, the parasites will be clearly visible on it.

All family members found to have lice should be treated on the same day to avoid re-infection.

Apply PARANIT Sensitive

Before applying the product, shake the bottle, then apply the required amount of PARANIT Sensitive pediculicidal product to dry hair until it is completely moisturized. Using massaging movements, distribute the product evenly over the entire surface of the skin and length of hair – from roots to ends.

A bottle of pediculicidal product PARANIT Sensitive is designed for 2 treatments or more, depending on the infestation of insects and the length and thickness of the hair.

Leave PARANIT Sensitive for 8 hours overnight

Leave PARANIT Sensitive for 8 hours overnight. This is necessary for effective destruction of nits. The mild formula of the pediculicidal product PARANIT Sensitive does not stain clothes and does not leave greasy stains. Therefore, while sleeping, it is enough to cover the baby’s pillow with a towel. The use of special caps is not required.

After 8 hours, thoroughly rinse off the PARANIT Sensitive pediculicidal product with shampoo.

4. If necessary, re-treat with PARANIT Sensitive pediculicidal agent after 7-10 days.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place at a temperature from 0º to 25°C, away from open fire, heat sources and sunlight, away from food.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not use after expiration date.
