Intellisense Intelligent Measurement Technology The blood pressure is an individual value for each user at the time of a particular measurement. All OMRON Japanese tonometers with the patented Intellisense system take into account the vascular condition of the patient during measurement and calculate pressure based on three possible indicators: HR, time, and oscillations, allowing the patient to be confident in the accuracy of the result obtained. Intellisense analyzes and selects what is needed from hundreds of thousands of possible combinations of human blood pressure results.

a clinically proven algorithm for measuring blood pressure. A physiological cuff (13.5 – 21.5 cm) allows for a natural positioning of the device on the hand, which contributes to the most accurate results.

Arrhythmia Indicator
An irregular heartbeat can affect the accuracy of measurement results. An irregular heartbeat detection algorithm automatically determines the reliability of the measurement result and whether it needs to be repeated. If an irregular heartbeat is detected during the measurement, but the result is reliable, it is displayed on the screen together with the arrhythmia indicator. If an irregular heartbeat results in an unreliable measurement, the results are not displayed. If the arrhythmia indicator appears after the measurement procedure, repeat the measurement. If the arrhythmia indicator appears frequently, tell your doctor.

The Proper Cuff Fixation Indicator
Indicates you are taking an accurate measurement. The indicator tells you whether the cuff is correctly applied or not and whether it could affect the measurement result.
