Ocvis ocular tissue protector sterile solution, 0.3% 5 g

Okvis is a viscoelastic solution that coats the cornea and conjunctiva surfaces when it is applied. Its action as a protector is based on the moderate anti-inflammatory and anti-edema effect of the chondroitin sulfate included in the composition, which has protective properties.

The product dries much slower than standard saline solutions, forming a very thin protective film that protects the corneal epithelial tissue from unwanted exposure to environmental factors.

The use of Ocvis solution helps to relieve symptoms of eye irritation-redness, itching, dryness and restoration of damaged tissues.

Injection of the solution facilitates contact lenses insertion and removal and reduces their adverse effect on corneal tissues.

In surgical practice Ocvis solution is used during operations on the cornea and is used in the postoperative period to prevent possible complications.

The solution is active for at least 90 minutes after each application.

How to take, the dosage

For the treatment of dry eye syndrome, Ocvis solution is used twice daily (evening and morning) with 1 or 2 drops conjunctivally into each eye.

For the prevention of environmental irritation, up to three times daily, 1 or 2 drops are placed into the conjunctivary portions of each eye.
