Decoction of the rhizomes of nettle is used internally for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (diarrhea, enteritis, colitis); externally – as a rinse in inflammatory processes of the mouth (stomatitis, gingivitis, sore throat).

How to take, the dosage

About 5 g (1 teaspoon) of raw material is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and heat on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes.

Strain it without cooling. The remaining raw squeeze. The volume of the resulting broth is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.

The drug is taken internally ½-1/3 cup 2-3 times a day after a meal. Decoction is used externally for rinses and lotions. It is recommended to shake the decoction before use.

Two filter packs (5 g) was placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 30 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bags with a spoon, then they squeeze.

The volume of the resulting broth is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.

Take orally ½-1/3 cup 2-3 times a day after a meal.

The decoction is used externally for rinses and lotions.

It is recommended to shake the decoction before use.
