Lactase deficiency is a common problem in children in the first year of life.

Lactose intolerance – a milk sugar – can occur due to intestinal infections and other causes. In this case, if there is no possibility of breastfeeding, specialists recommend using lactose-free formula to avoid unpleasant gastrointestinal symptoms.

Nutrilon® Lactose-free formula has been specifically designed for children with lactose intolerance. In this formula the lactose has been replaced with easily digestible glucose syrup. In case of complete or partial lactase deficiency Nutrilon® Bezlaktozny can be used from birth as the only food source as well as for partial dietary substitution.

Special composition of Nutrilon® Lactose-free:

100 ml of Nutrilon® Lactose-free formula=90 ml of water + 3 scoops of dry formula.

1 scoop = 4.3 g dry mix.
