Monotherapy (not combined with levodopa drugs) of early stages of idiopathic Parkinson’s disease or in combination with levodopa drugs (as the disease progresses), including in the later stages where the therapeutic effect of levodopa becomes unstable and motor fluctuations occur (phenomenon of “exhaustion” of a single dose of levodopa, “on-off” phenomenon).
