How to take, the dosage

Four filter packs are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 15 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bags with a spoon, then they are squeezed.

The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.

Perhaps taken orally while warm, 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before a meal.

We recommend to shake the infusion before drinking.
