“Nefrosten” is a 100% natural1drug designed to treat infections and non-infectious inflammations of the urinary system2.

The main active ingredients are extracts of lovage, rosemary, goldenrod. These medicinal plants are highly valued for their anticonvulsant and antimicrobial properties. These extracts reinforce each other.

Interaction

Combination with antibacterial agents is possible and reasonable. There are no data on clinically significant interactions with other medicinal products.

Physician should be consulted if simultaneous use of any other drugs is necessary.

Special Instructions

In case of edema caused by cardiac or renal dysfunction, consumption of large amounts of fluid is contraindicated.

In case of impaired renal function, the drug should not be prescribed as monotherapy. In case of inflammatory kidney disease, a physician should be consulted.

In case of blood in the urine, pain during urination, or acute urinary retention, a physician should be seen urgently.

In a single dose of the product for children from 1 to 6 years old (15 drops) contains up to 0,14 g of absolute ethyl alcohol; a single dose of the product for school-age children (25 drops) contains up to 0,24 g of absolute ethyl alcohol;
a single dose for adults (50 drops) contains up to 0,47 g of absolute ethyl alcohol.

The maximum daily dose of the drug for adults (150 drops) contains up to 1.42 g of absolute ethyl alcohol.

A slight cloudiness or slight precipitation is possible during storage; this does not affect the effectiveness of the drug.

Influence on driving and operating machinery

When using the drug, caution must be exercised while performing potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration and quick psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, operating moving machinery, operator’s work).

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible. Dyspeptic disorders (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) are possible.

At the first sign of an allergic reaction, stop taking the drug and see a doctor.
